  1. Luminescene Mod NOT WORKING!

    Hello, I have trouble with the Luminescene mod V2 I installed it and replaced the visualsettings.dat ( that came with the mod) it did absolutely nothing the only thing it did was it didn't let me blur out the screen so what is the problem because I have rubbish lights in game and I thought maybe I could get a solution through this plus I have my #Other Emissive lights at 220.00 in ELS.ini file so what is wrong how can I get amazing lights like everyone else? How do I get it looking like this Attachment? I already maxed out #Other emissive lights to 220.00

    Yeah that would be really cool but it depends on the Developers good talk though very interesting feature.

  3. LCPDFR : MSVCP100.dll (x86) Problem

    The problem was that I couldn't download the file : Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) because their was a newer version how do I get rid of the newer version and download this file to possibly get my GTA IV : LCPDFR mod working again. HELP!
