To have the car flash in a nice way, use the ELS files included in the Extras file.

I have included files to change the lights colors and lightbar colors so have fun.

The bug with the mirror lights not being very bright should be fixed by the time of this release.

Model Notes:

This model because of the limitations of GTA does not have a working trunk and hood. The trunk and hood slots are used up by the two arms of the highriser that is on the car itself.

To get the actual highriser to work on the car you MUST use the ELS config file that is included with the car itself. Just go into your slot control file in your ELS folder and change the police2 to DROT.

A huge thanks to all the people that helped me get it working including: Ironic Rainbow, TheGTAMitch, Bueno and a few more.

To get the rotators to work on the vehicle, You MUST put the vehicle in the Police, Police2 or Police 3 slot. Any other slot will not have the functioning rotators in single player or multiplayer.

One of the lightbars i'm more proud of and one of the first Dev parts I've released. I hope you guys enjoy!

I've included the 3D ridge markings on the glass. If you don't want to have the bar being high poly, then you can simply delete them.

Do not credit yourself for modifying the lightbar if you moved a few vertices.

You are not permitted to re upload this on any unlocked part or the bar itself unlocked.

I recently made a Whelen Legacy and wanted to get a release with it before i release the bar itself.

I haven't seen any 2013 Interceptors with the RCMP setup on them, so i decided to use my own. These cars are not based off a certain detachment of the RCMP, they are only a generalization of the ones that i could find on Flickr.

This is a Toronto supervisor's Crown Vic. It took quite a while to make it, get it perfect and make sure there isn't anything wrong with it.

This did take a long time to make so please if you have any comments, try and keep them positive. Also i would like the same with any criticism.
