    This was the cause of the problem I had to add my RAGEpluginhook to the list of allowed apps in my firewall. Thank you for the help.

    Using a fresh copy of GTA V with only LSPDFR installed, i continue experiencing this problem with traffic policer, LSPDFR+, arrest manager, and siren mastery. Can anyone please help with this issue?
