    So, I tried turning down the graphics, tried other cars (ELS7 compatible) and it doesn't work,but when I use ELS 6 everything works well...

    I tried running the game as admin and it didn't work. @Bojan: My processor is an Intel Core i5 CPU 750 @2.67GHz.

    So, I recently installed ELS 7 and it crashed. I reinstalled all GTAIV and now it doesn't crash,but when I try to put the lights on (press J), the game freezes for about 20-30 seconds and then the lights go on. Can someone help me, please?
