Well I'm not entirely sure what the problem is but let try and explain whats going on the best I can. I haven't played this mod in a while the last version of the mod I had downloaded was .095. So I go into the GTA IV file and delete everything related to LCPDFR. I then come back to the website and download the latest version 1.0c. I then relauch GTA IV and LCPDFR in game go to a Police Station select my character and car and then in the bottom right hand corner it says a newer version is available and it says I'm playing the .095 version of the mod even though I know I downloaded 1.0c. I know I downloaded 1.0c because there are still aspects of this version of the mod in the game. Like when I pull someone over there are Arrows pointing to each side of the car as well as a red circle. This is the problem I'm having and this is the best I can explain it. If you're confused on anything else just let me know and Ill try and explain it.

Whenever I download LCPDFR 1.0c the mod downloads but so does .095. Even after going through and deleting everything LCPDFR related and then re-downloading the mod this problem always pops. So whats going on in my files thats causing this? And how do I fix it?
