windows 7 64 bit I have 6 gb of ram can you help?

everytime I try to update my title for the 1.0.7.0 patch it wont work I keep trying to update it but it says error and I have no idea what is wrong!!! secondly I have had problems with fatal errors recently. the code thingy is resc 10 witch means I ran out of video memory, but when I play I have 30 fps! im soo confused to why this happens. can someone please help!

I was playing gta iv, when I walked out of my bedroom and went to go down the steps it froze and said fatal error out of video memory please reboot you system and I also noticed it wouldn't let me use lcpdfr!!!! whats going on? someone please help!

im new to lcpdfr but cou you do a Chicago or Baltimore county police skin?
