Yes this is : "[ERROR - 3:51:11 PM] [] System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast object of type 'freval_77' to type 'freval_89'." This problem is being looked into.

Run the game as administrator. Its failing to create the file because the computer is denying access to the game.

Yes I did notice that. I can understand when they get sandwiched by 6 patrol cars they will end up getting out, but most of time they will bump into something and then give up. I was wondering if it were something easliy coded and fixed, but if not, no worries. The policing.ini's resist arrest I think only applies to suspects on foot when you press E. I dont think it has to do with their driving behaviour.

Hello everyone. I have a suggestion to the modding team, One thing I have noticed is that criminals give up way to easily when it comes to car chases, Im not sure if it was purposly programmed, but majority of the time I will find my self in a pursuit, and before the care can even take some damage, the criminals will get out and surrender. Its a ilttle boring at times because the pursuits are the best thing about this. If there was any way possible to keep the criminal in the car until the car is wrecked, or they are dragged out, it would be great.
