I am working on an CVPI, this is going to be my first model xD NOTE: This is still a beta, I will do much more to it. And please leave suggestions on what equipment to put on it, I am a bit stumped :/

No, it's a simple CV, ELS lights can be added by the person modifying this car, after all this is in the dev. parts section.

Go to View>Floaters and select "Scene nodes browser" the window will pop back up

Ahh, Call Of Duty, the game that is full of a bunch of immature 8 year olds, I hope they can track him down (I am sure they will) and punish him for wasting police time and resources. This is downright pathetic though.

10-13 has no in-game photos yet and you're comparing them to each other? I call bull on 10-13, this game has a hell of a better future than 10-13. I will stay on topic now.

I don't really like the lighting system, but that will probably be changed soon, this has a lot of potential and has a lot of progress already. I can't wait to see how this game turns out, good luck to the devs!

What's the polygon count? Some of these models are too high poly to be converted into IV.

They set those laws for a reason! If you don't obey the laws, there will be consequences, in NY there is a red and blue monster who gets summoned every time a police vehicle activates read and blue lights, you are killing innocent people, so plz stahp! lol

Disable your hotkeys in the trainer.

They should be in the .WTD file, they are .PNG files (photos) it's could be "tahoe_sign_1" or "police_sign_1" or anything, and vehicles.ide is located at common>data>cdimages

Look through your textures, it should be called something like "police_sign_1" that is one of the textures, there are usually only 4, so just replace them if there are multiple liveries.
