    Is it possible to make traffic stop spawning temporarily while you're in a chase like it does when your wanted level reaches 4 stars? would make it more realistic and easier for the friendly AI's to do work. And as a side note, whats up with the EMS? why are they so damn reckless?

    what does the "keys" in "keys.m" mean? does that mean i have to press alt and m to do cpr and other things like call in back-up?
