Any update here? I was having the EXACT same problem. I installed a non-ELS CVPI under police.wxx (whatever the extension is), it had a moderate polygon count, so it wasn't something my computer couldn't handle. Also, I removed ELS now, and reinstalled LCPDFR to get the up-to-date scriphook. Time to try this and see if it works!! :)
