  1. Why cant i use F9 F10 F11 Keys ?!?!?!

    For some reason when i arrest someone i cannot put them in my car or press something esle ! Idk if its my laptop but i cant use those keys whats soo ever ! Anyone please help or know how to find the solution ?!?! Thanks
