    I'm having exactly the same issue. IMO, referring to the file that doesn't exist indicates that the original game file is updated/modified by R* in the recent game update. I guess we all have to be patient and wait until Albo1125 updates this mod.

    I think I got the same problem here... GTAV's language was set to Japanese in my case, and exactly the same problem has occurred. I changed the language to English, and PLD started working fine and no crash occurred at loading screen.
