    You could extract the texture and use paint.net to colour the white texture black 🙂

  2. Put the vest pack(Vinewood) in your EUP folder then click on the texture to replace with my texture...

     

    As in the pic you would go to the lower box and open the texture file, then click replace and find my textures to change it over.

    open the texture file with openiv and replace with my png texture.

    Once you've put the Hanako vest in go to the texture file for each vest and replace the texture with my vest skin matching the number.

    I had to save as PNG file because they went dull when I tried dds.

    I just added the folder to eup_componentpeds and it worked fine 😉
