    This is happening to me too but mine is from steam here are the mods els7 lcpdfr breaveheart trafficflow policehelper and police cars and after the animation pics come up and it says loading it says gta iv stopped working what do i do please help me LAPTOP SPECS 1.35tb ram 23.95 windows 8 64 bit procecer intell core tm new 3740 qm cpu 2.70 ghz
