    Just want to let you know that this work is amazing but is invalid. The the Sergeant-stripe Chevron/Insignia is used in the United States and not here in Canada, or Toronto at least, all the rank insignias go on their uniform epaulettes (Shoulder) with certain stripes.   2. EFLC Issue

    I installed LCPD FR 1.0b via automatic install and LCPD:FR works perfect, but the diagnostics tool, everytime I open it I get this error and I installed it to GTA IV, not EFLC and I can't edit nothing, I tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it and still happens like this, why?
