LCPDFR 1.0, the British way! (Day 30 - 21 Aug. 2014)
Cheers. Well I guess he'd just have to use the Taser! In a real situation, they would probably press a panic button to call SCO19, but yeah, shit can happen fast. My ELS is set to despawn vehicles that are quite a distance away from my character, so LCPDFR and PoliceHelper usually spawn them a bit too far (as is the case with requesting prisoner transport) so they despawn before they even get there, as was the case with calling in the ambulance twice. I could change my ELS settings to rectify this, but I don't really want to risk game crashes because of too many ELS activated vehicles in e.g. a pursuit.

LCPDFR 1.0, the British way! (Day 30 - 21 Aug. 2014)
ALT +E helped out alot! * Update * Patrol #5 UP! Taking a break from the 1.0 callouts this time and intergrating it with the Braveheart's Policing Script ones. Although it's not officially recommended, using it in conjunction with the VDH Police Helper seems to work just fine! Had no game crashes whatsoever! Once again thanks to the whole G17 Media team, Braveheart and Abraxas for creating such fantastic mods!

This is what happens when you don't move over
That's why we have large, plainly visible from a distance reflective markings here in the UK. These in tandem with the LED lights prevent most events like these. I would ask why the US doesn't use much reflective markings on their traffic cars, since they're dealing with road related issues all the time, but the American approach seems to be more of catching speeders in the act with stealth from what I was told. However, is it really worth it? I've heard this sort of thing happen lots of times in the US, and I'm starting to think the cars could have better markings. I mean who could read a small "POLICE" or "STATE TROOPER" sticker on the boot from 100m back? If it's all about stealth, at least make the rear highly-visible, since that's where all the traffic on the highway will be coming at. It's a surprise no one got killed.

LCPDFR 1.0, the British way! (Day 30 - 21 Aug. 2014)
Cool, thanks I'll try that out next time. If all else fails there's always the trainer when I'm in the car Also the NOOSE gunship seems a bit gung-ho for my British patrols at the moment... Although I found it very helpful that the helicopter was automatically deployed to my pursuit - I was able to keep an eye on the suspect much easier It's all to do with the ENB settings mate - the visualSettings.dat file contains car:default emissive line which you can edit to a higher number to make the lights flash brighter. And, last but not least... Update! Patrol #4 is UP! This time it's an Area Car (advanced repsonse vehicle) in the Metropolitan Police Service, utilizing the new ANPR system and wiping the smile off uninsured drivers!

LCPDFR 1.0, the British way! (Day 30 - 21 Aug. 2014)
* Update * Patrol #3 is UP! Now I go in as an ARV, part of the Metropolitan Police Service's SCO19 Firearms Command, tackling some of Broker's most ruthless thugs! Didn't manage to try out the Pursuit Menu but I responded to a variety of callouts, equipped with an MP5 A3 and ballistic helmet, with my trusty partner by my side... Also managed to get the Taser working. I've got to say the 1.0a hotfix helped out alot!

West Midlands Vauxhall Astra Preview [WIP]
I like it. Do they actually say Birmingham Police on the bonnet on the real versions?

Sick man you got the ENB just right... and the lightbar effects are spot-on! Love the reflective settings. For some reason my ENB doesn't let glass reflect, whatever value I set it to..
