Limitations:
- Due to the poly-count of the original model, I am unable to create L1 and L2 LODs for this vehicle. This means, unless high-settings are run, at a far distance the vehicle will disappear. Unfortunately this cannot be solved.

The original Metropolitan Police car pack for GTA IV. The most successful British police car pack to date, the Met Police Car Pack has been ever-improving since the first ever version was released 2012. All you need to start playing LCPDFR, the British way!

This version features units that were in service during the London riots, and some of the last vehicles that used the red-striped "Jam Sandwich" livery. ELS V8 enabled.

This version is very easy to install, and instructions are provided in the README file included in the download.

BMW 5 E61 pack based on the Metropolitan Police traffic policing units and ARVs. Both variants are fitted with a Premier Hazard LED lightbar. The traffic version has special roads policing equipment (cones, stop signs etc.) and an ANPR system. The ARV* has a the traditional jam-sandwich livery and still keeps the traffic watch camera.

*Armed Response Vehicle.

Both vehicles entered service in 2010 and 2011 and are commonly used today. Each have
their own authentic livery and registration plates.

The City of London Police (CoLP) is an elite police force tasked with keeping order within
the financial district of London, the unique borough of the City Of London, also sometimes
referred to by Londoners as "The Square Mile".

This patch is not commonly patrolled by the Metropolitan Police.

The City of London is also known to be home to many traditional pubs, which sometimes enter
havoc on rough Friday and Saturday nights, so the CoLP is always on the ball!
Many gangsters fleeing from neighbouring boroughs like Tower Hamlets pass through the Square Mile
in stolen vehicles etc., and it is CoLP units like these who manage to stop them!

Classic Metropolitan Police Vauxhall Vectra Area Car used in the early 2000s and on The Bill!

Recommended for use with the classic Met Police , which was also used around the same period.

I've tried to make the equipment setup as accurate as possible to the Met Police's one. Model is a bit low poly but it was the best I could find at the time to convert, and on the bright side it works well in multiplayer with no texture loss whatsoever. Good for clans.

This pack comes with two models:
BMW 3 E90 2008 (Metropolitan Police, Area car w/911EP Galaxy Lightbar)
Vauxhall Astra Mk5 2008 (Metropolitan Police, IRV w/911EP Galaxy Lightbar)

BMW 3 E90

Area car used used for 999 response duties and vehicle pursuits. Galaxy lightbar, as with most vehicles equipped during 2007-09. Has a stolen vehicle tracker set just above the lightbar.

Vauxhall Astra Mk5

IRV used used for 999 response duties everyday patrol. The Met bought hundreds of these and they were the most common sight on the streets of London until recently, when the i30s entered service. Still seen quite frequently today.

This modification is the most accurate representation of the Met Police BMW 3 and Vauxhall Astras out there for GTA IV. Used on all boroughs.

* It is recommended you use the Whelen Sirens with this pack as both vehicles are fitted with them in real life. Internet Shortcut provided in download.

Metropolitan Police Vauxhall Vectra Area-Car including a civilian version too!.

Area Car = High-performance response vehicle used for patrol and vehicle pursuits. Similar to an IRV but patrols a whole London Borough holding many towns, not just one town.

This Vauxhall Vectra pack comes with two models:
• Vauxhall Vectra C 2006 (Metropolitan Police, Area Car with Vision-Alert Lightbar)
• Vauxhall Vectra C 2006 (Civilian)

I didn't do an unmarked version of the Vectra this time as I've never seen one actually used by the Met. (They prefer Ford Mondeos)

Metropolitan Police-style skin for LCPDFR's in-vehicle Police Computer (MDT).

There are TWO versions for the LCPDFR computer:
- one with the "Working together for a safer London" slogan, or
- one with the new "TOTAL POLICING" one.

This mod also replaces the vanilla police-computer with a Metropolitan Police-themed one.

- N.B. The real ones used by the Met look rather bland (windows 95 style), and wouldn't
fit in with LCPDFR's menus so I thought I'd create a fictional one based on what
the Met might use in the near future. Unfortunately the gold writing in the vanilla computer
cannot be changed, but this is still better than nothing.

This BMW X5 pack comes with three models:
- BMW X5 E70 '13 (Metropolitan Police, SCO19 ARV)
- BMW X5 E70 '13 (Metropolitan Police, Unmarked)
- BMW X5 E70 '12 (Civilian)

The ARV version comes in four switchable liveries:
- Metropolitan Police ARV (Half-Battenburg, newer units)
- Metropolitan Police ARV (Full-Battenburg)
- Metropolitan Police ARV (Jam Sandwich)
- Metropolitan Police DPG (Jam Sandwich, RED)

* These Models were closely based on the real BMW X5 units in service with the Metropolitan Police.
All ELS & component setups are highly accurate and true to their real versions on both the MARKED & UNMARKED
