  1. Shift + Tab controls menu won't work

    Hi, I'm using LCPD:FR version 0.95, and I've gone over the controls, but I have a lot of trouble memorising each and every control. I don't want to keep tabbing while playing GTA IV, but when I press Shift + Tab to try and open the controls menu, nothing happens. I've tried pressing other things, but I just can't find out how to open it, and really need it to make the mod playable. Thanks
