Wrong drivers seem likely, given the fact that you thought your card was another model you probably installed the incorrect drivers. I would advise you to uninstall said drivers and remove any traces left behind with a tool such as driver sweeper and install the correct ones.

So I did a traffic-stop on a DUI (Random event) and placed the driver in the back of my cruiser, for some reason, said person then gets out of the cruiser then decides it would be an excellent idea to steal and drive off in it, with me trying to shoot it to a stop. Another cop was on the same street, but to my horror, instead of assisting me, he decided to ARREST me!! Possible bug?! (Note, I had no wanted level appear and definitely had LCPD:FR activated and running!).

This company is based in my town, and I visited this place a few years ago with my mum when she needed a car (and no, she wasn't after a CVPI!). There were a few Crown Vics and Dodge Charger Pursuits there, (including one CVPI which had been in a head on collision with a Ford Focus on a US Freeway). I've promised a friend that I'll take him to this place at some point, he loves Crown Vics!

First Responders in London (Namely the Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service) have been mobilised to the Apollo Theatre at Shaftesbury Avenue, London after part of a roof collapsed mid-performance, injuring 88 (Four seriously). It doesn't take a genius to work out that the stop order meant not to continue on the current course/path. The US ignored the warnings that the Chinese issued, having been given every possibility to do so (as mentioned by NB). Thus the US vessel was escorted away by the Chinese.
