  1. Hi, I am new to the gaming world on PC. I am having a problem loading my GTA4+LCPDFR The Issue: I bought GTA4 from Steam, and installed it. I copied my GTA4 files and put in a new folder. I went to the downloads and I downloaded the LCPDFR 1.0d (Automatic) download. I extracted this to the desktop. I went to my GTA4 main folder (copy) and pasted LCPDFR into that directory. I went to "launchGTAIV" (Run as administrator) *I wanted to Play OFFline* At the social club, I clicked "Play" Nothing Happened. I went back to "LaunchGTAIV" (Run as administrator) at the Social club screen, I entered my credentials and pressed "Play Online" Once again Nothing happened. This is a Brand New Dell desktop all-in-one PC -Windows 8.1 -Intel processor -849GB free HardDrive space after downloads I like to play solo (Offline) so what do I need for offline? DSound.dll or Xlive.dll ? I had DSound.dll and not Xlive.dll, and nothing worked, so I got rid of the DSound.dll and got the XLive.dll and still nothing is working. I cant find a "LCPDFR Diagnostics" file to see if I have all of the files needed to play. Please help, I am at a loss for words! Thanks so much!! I was going to delete GTA4 and LCPDFR and reinstall, but it took 4 hours to download GTA4 for some reason ?!
