  1. Gta V's Emergency light mod???

    Gta SA had the ELM mod. Gta IV had the ELS mod. What about Gta V? My biggest issue is the limitations of the lights. I miss the 3 stage lighting options instead of just lights on or off and siren on or off! Things like switching only the rear flashers only, or tragic stop light modes like solid burning lights in front and flashers in rear. I don't like the limitation of "lights on or off"
