    So I installed the basic LCPDFR for GTAv and everything installed great. I then chose to grab ELS and the Traffic Policer mod. Both do not work not sure if there is a specific spot to install these at, I have tried both in the main folder where the .exe are and the plugins folder. Also tried to install new york state police Els charger with OpenIV they dont show up in the game. First time posting so and trying to mod this game so if you are just going to bash me save it. Just looking for some guides or instructions. Thanks!
