Can anyone help me. I've modded a car and in game the car is plain white(no textures). Does anyone know how to make a wtd texture file or add textures to an existing file. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I want to remove a rambar from a ELS vehicles,I Know you can add/replace components in trainer but its only non-els.If you do this it just brings up the lights

Something like the guy wears in the first picture, a t-shirt, a ballcap (preferably black, but might do that myself), a jeans and the vest - but the vest should be like in the second one, with a yellow or white sheriff patch on the back.

Hi, this has only started almost a week ago, about 4 or 5 days ago, but everything from web pages to folders is taking way longer to respond than about a week ago. For example, when I clear all history it takes 2x longer than usual to do it. And just in general everything, like when I'm typing something in, it just stops (the whole web page) and then suddenly becomes OK, and does this about every 30 seconds and becomes very annoying (also happens when I press Enter) , and when I'm watching a video roughly about every 2 minutes or so it stops, like I said, (the audio is still playing) and resumes about 15 seconds later. If anyone has suffered this, and/or knows what the problem is please tell, it would be much appreciated.
