  3. i have gta iv which i bought 3 days ago. i have the patch and the latest patch as well as LCPDFR RC2. i can play the game and even play LCPDFR. my problem is that the bulidings and roads dont load. ive tried like 2786713479654 different commandlines and i either get no cars and no peds or just no change. im not sure what to do i can use all my mods and functions and play the game but i just cant see the road or buildings unles im parked for like 15 minutes. Am i using the wrong combination of commands or is it something else? it doesnt let me change the graphics either all i can do is hit Auto sync or w/e its called. Anyway somebody plz help I have windows 7 FYI and everything else works fine i dont even lag i just dont see roads or buildings. Ive been trying to fix it for the last 2 days. i promise if you NAME SOMETHING FOR ME TO TRY I HAVE ALREADY TRIED IT.
