Whenever I play the game, i can play to about 7-10 minutes before it crashes. I have done almost every solution there is. Any help would be greatly appreciated! All I have modded is: LCPDFR ELS v8 Crown Victoria in the place of Police Cruiser Callouts+

Everytime I load my game and go to play LCPDFR, my game will crash after like 10 minutes of me playing. It will stop for like 5 seconds, then it will go black and say that the game is not responding. I posted on here because I am not sure if it is car mods or LCPDFR itself. My game is nowhere near heavily modded, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
