So, how many of these custom law enforcement characters do you think we'll be able to have? It's been worded as it's possible to have multiple, but feasible I only see there being able to be one. Hoping we can have multiple cause I find it really immersion breaking to have a character that is in multiple agencies instead of a character for each agency I play.

Hi. It seems to run fine but despite being enabled, I cant get ped and vehicle models to show up in the computer. Any idea what I can do for that?

Alright, so first, I had been playing with LCPD:FR and my assortment of NYPD mods w/ els v7, it crashed pretty infrequently. Then I installed vdh tow, coroner, and helper mods. That crashed a little more often and usually signed that lcpdfr would crash a little later, then a little later the game would crash. Still, not all that frequent, maybe every 20-30 minutes? I install a simple fuel script and indicator script, both of which made no changes in performance. Everything was going fine. [Lists to make it easier] Minimal Crashing with: - LCPD: FR - NYPD Crown Vic, Charger, Tahoe, Bearcat - NYPD ESU Ped - VDH Police Helper, Tow, METT/Coroner - Trainer - Fuel Script - Indicator Script - ELS v7 I decided I wanted to change a few things so I installed some LCPD detective ped, a 2013 charger mod, and ELS v8. Now I crash usually within 5 minutes of getting loaded into the game. At first I was using both the ped and the charger. Crashed. Then a normal LCPD skin w/ the charger. Crashed. Then the ped w/ my nypd cruiser (that is usually fine). Crashed. And then finally I did LCPD default ped + NYPD cruiser, and it still crashed within 5 minutes. Now, I'm worried it might be ELS v8. Crashing every 5 minutes with (in addition to the mods who had minimal crashing): - ELS v8 - 2013 Dodge Charger - LCPD Detective Ped --- Win8 64bit Intel i7-3632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 8gb RAM Nvidia GeForce GT 650M The crash is always "GTA IV has stopped working...." and then a close program option. Never any other errors or popups. My worry is that the problem lies in ELS v8. I've seen Buggs use this exact charger fine. Never seen the skin used before. When I avoid using both (which aren't normally spawned considering the charger is on the FIB Buffalo and the skin is on the detective skin LCPD:FR uses), it still seems to crash. I thought it had something to do with the AI cars spawning with ELS so frequent because I would be mid-progress through a chase or shootout and crash, but I was just patrolling and didn't even see a cop car since I started and it still crashed. I'll probably test that aswell just to be sure, aswell as I don't want them spawning with ELS anyway because it causes problems for me anyway. I'm really unsure of what is causing the crashes, so much so to make it unplayable. Before it crashed but I could at least complete a couple of calls first. --- Next up, I'm going to try: - AI don't have ELS - ELS v7 w/ charger & detective - v7 w/ NYPD & detective - v7 w/ charger and LCPD default ped - Fetal position crying If anyone has any suggestions on things I could try or ideas what may be causing the crashes, I'd appreciate any information I can get.

As I mentioned, I'd like to avoid slight modifications to the original NOOSE.

Hi, so I'm sorry if this isn't the right place. I tried to search to find one. Anyway, I'm looking for a nice mod that replicates real life NYPD SWAT/ESU...accurately. I'd prefer a balacava to cover most of the face. I'm just having trouble finding one that isn't the default noose with modified text/logos.

Update: I had to make a few changes and go a little further, but eventually I managed to get the manual install working. Just a question however; how can I link my account through manual install?

I don't believe so, previous attempts have had them just mindlessly drive around like a normal ped.

There is no sit in car task, the only task is "Drive". Which AFAIK there isn't a way to freeze a ped (only the player AFAIK). Also, even then, I still would need to find a way for those who aren't driving and are just meant to be passengers.

So the problem I have is simple. Im trying to set up a scene with peds as actors, namely them sitting in vehicles doing animations and Im doing this with SNT. The problem is that I cant set the ped as a bodyguard or they will just follow me around and cancel my set ups because of their script workings. But I cant spawn them as a normal ped as AFAIK theres no option to seat them in a vehicle and moving them inside only works if I'm in the vehicle. Which is great but as soon as I get out their collisions exist again and they get kicked out and this is a multi-vehicle scene. Any ideas on what I can do?

Clearly false, there is no "proper" way to push the button and just because yours works doesn't mean it'll work for everyone else. Don't be arrogant in a support forum.

After pressing (double pressing for the first time sometimes), I tend to scroll to find it in case it has not appeared. ---------- After doing some investigating aswell, I came across this thread: Following the tutorial here, I finally was able to use the tazer ingame and it appears to be working properly. I have not tested to see if it gives me the memory crash on game exit, but even if it does crop up, if it doesn't cause an issue I can press a button. So I think we got it resolved. Thank you for sharing proper resources to resolve the issue.

Yes, legal. Yes, running as admin. Yes, patch. ELS, Trainer (both up to date). Win 8 64 bit, running compatability mode. 0.95 was removed prior to 1.0 being installed, everything was removed successfully. All listed are installed and have not caused me issues. I installed them prior to 1.0 but I just rechecked and I have them.

It didn't make a difference. I used Manual for my TLAD install and it does not work there either.

The taser doesn't work in my LCPDFR. Like, at all. It doesn't appear on my skins (I'm using the default LCPD skins from the game), nor does T the T key do anything but zoom my minimap out. Its making it quite difficult to chase suspects fleeing on foot that tend to resist.
