So if you think its wrong to have fun with cops in a game or anything like that I'm sorry...

Hey guys i have Steam version of GTA IV so i was wondering is it possible to play police mod and how? when i try to enter game and press start after loading it crashes every time... so if anyone is possible to help me please?
