Are you sure it's because of ELS7 ? Did you try to remove it and test again ? If you don't have crashes without ELS7, you can check my Fix Center topic (link in signature), especially parts 2C and 2E, but read the other parts as well.

Do you have "xlive.dll" too, in game folder ? If yes, remove it.

BEST Well, maybe not the best ending that I saw in a video game, but being a bit tired ^^ the real good one that I remember right now is from Metal Gear Solid 3. About blurry/fuzzy screen, it's normal, the "change definition" command is assigned to "P", change that in keyboard settings. And for the other issue : 1 - Don't use a pirated copy of the game, 2 - Install GTAIV patch 7 or EFLC patch 2, 3 - Untick "read only" on main game folder, 4 - Run LCPDFR installer as admin, 5 - Check that you have required components, 6 - Finish install and run the game as admin. 7 - If you have issues, read the Support Section & Read-First Memo. 8 - If you still have issues, use title="">Diagnostic Tool and post the report.

This file can be an infected one if it uses too much CPU. Macromedia is the pre-Adobe era of Flash player, now Flash player shouldn't be named Macromedia, maybe a lure, so turn off internet and do a scan with some tools like your antivirus + MalwareBytes etc... edit : ninja'd by Abraxas

When you are in the vehicles.img window, just click import, then browse in your folders until you find the cars you want to import, select them, and click import.
