Are you sure that you're looking in "..Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimagesvehicles.img" with Spark ? EDIT : sorry, you have EFLC. So the vehicles are in "..Rockstar GamesEFLCpcmodelscdimagesvehicles.img" and the DLC bonus vehicles are in the vehicles.img of TLaD / TBoGT. edit2 : and you're in wrong section, not related to lcpdfr mod.

Try the following : in FirstResponse.ini, set PreloadAllModels on "true". Be sure to have correctly added the Suburban, you can try to redo it, but take your time for adding the files, saving, and rebuilding.

Are you talking about appearance ? It's a visual style, Soft7, but I use many other ones (including mine, which is not 100% complete), following my mood and the ambient light of the room. Only program needed is the patcher. EDIT : avoid "theme installer" or "theme pack" or "whatever they call it" programs, they mess up the system deeply. When you tweak your OS, do it manually, it's sometimes harder but you have total control on what's happening. --- @unreal : I don't like the StartScreen and ModernUI, including this stupid difference between "metro apps" and "desktop apps", I don't like compatibility issues with different softwares/games, and I don't like other several things. But, most important, my Windows7 works like a charm, it's perfect for me, and it's still supported, so why I would pay a new OS which is not mature enough ? That's my choice and my opinion, period.

Not bad, even if it's not my taste, anyway this is not a work from a 5yrs old kid with MS Paint, so I don't see why you shouldn't upload them. And no you don't need permission from author of car model (or only if he said that you need permission of course). But you have to credit him. About screenshots, if you make textures, get a tool to take them, because phone' pictures is really amateurish.

No you upload it in downloads section and a moderator will approve it, that's all. Just be sure to put all the needed and correct informations, and try to don't make a "MS-Paint" massacre :p

It's Windows7, I hate W8 :p And yeah I made most of the icons you see, but they are based on already existing ones. The pack is available here if you want (179x4 icons). -- edit : maybe you thought it was W8 because there is no start button, I use StartKiller to hide it, I use Windows key or Windows+R keys with a program to manage aliases when I need something which is not already docked in the taskbar.

LaunchGTAIV.exe file must be launched as admin, as said in my very first post. Try that. If you have error messages, give them, because "game crashes" doesn't help. ps : going to bed in 5 minutes, finishing my cig' edit : next time, upload your images to display them directly.

Don't worry you'll manage to get it working, you just need to learn how-to. You lack of several basic knowledges, but it can be solved. I don't know how old you are, but if you are really young, it'll be easy. If you are a grandpa soon, it will be more difficult, but not impossible :D

Ok I was right, you messed up ^^ The game folder, where you install mods, is in C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV It's not the same folder where you have user datas. And about "archives", rar files, you have to extract them... I think you'll have a lot to learn. Look at tutorials section of the website, I can't explain everything from A to Z including the basics of how to use a computer ^^

Don't just make point 1, make the others (2,3,4,5) as well. Seriously, I don't want to be condescending, but you don't know how to take screenshots ?

Read posts above... pc specs, mods installed, game path, steps you did while installing the mod, etc... anything that could help us to troubleshoot. We're not wizards and we can't read in your mind, you know ^^ --- edit : wtf ? I think you messed things a bit (or a lot). Can you provide screenshot of game folder ? All the content.
