Whats the patch? I have tried running it as an admin. There is no mods installed.

So I reinstalled gta 4 on my laptop. When ever I try to start the game it crashes right away. I have no mods installed at all. Can you please help me?

I have GTA 4 installed, I can not how ever get Spark IV installed correct or the Emergency Light Mod. Would someone be willing to help me by going on teamviewer?

Hello, I see that there are no vehicle mods for Bismarck ND, I was wondering if someone could create them, We have a couple under cover 2012 Dodge Chargers on the side it says police very lightly.
