I pre-ordered on Steam since I'd have just ended up buying it anyways.

Remember guys, that's 65GB unpacked. Odds are R* will pack it up so you only have to download about 14-20gb. As far as the released date, saw it coming but it's pretty frustrating at the same time. GTA IV hardly even worked on the consoles (still lagged a lot) so the PC port was pretty much doomed to fail from the start, and it did. GTA V actually works very well on the consoles so that gives me a bit more hope for the PC.

When they're out there giving tax cuts left and right to people and corporations that make billions every year, yeah, that screws up a country. Heck, some corporations have a NEGATIVE tax rate now because there's so many loopholes. On top of this banks continue to be deregulated which was part of the reason why the economy crashed in the first place and the same things are happening again and again. For example, Time Warner Cable has been able to get away with a 3.9% tax rate. That's just crazy considering they make billions in profit. Politicians don't care about you (the lower/middle class), they only care about the corporations and people that pay them millions a year so they can get tax breaks. I feel bad for the people that can't afford an education, veterans that can't afford health care and people that are suffering because of it. It's just bonkers. So they will keep cutting taxes for billion dollar corporations (increasing the deficit) and cutting programs for the middle class and lower class which also increases the deficit because they have less money to spend on goods and services, lowering the amount of tax revenue overall.

Education should be cheap no matter what level. Education is one of the fundamental basics that drives a country and the economy. Canada is better than the U.S. for tuition costs but it's still far from good. I've physically had to take a couple years off after High School to save some money for college or else I'd be screwed beyond belief.

I see potential but I just don't know if it will end up working they way they intend it to.

Yup that's what I did. I modified the .dat file, there's also a tool to do it now though but I like editing the file since you can get more specific water heights.

I've taken a few old Crown Vics out and Grand Marquis on test drives and love the way they drive. I've also driven a Charger and a Tahoe for a couple test drives but there's just something about the Crown Vics and Grand Marquis that I love, they have a very distinct driving characteristic that other vehicles just don't seem to have and no matter what the mileage on them, they always feel solid.

The liveries they have now are better than what they've had in any other gta game imo. I just wish cop cars would actually spawn at the police stations online like they did in IV.

Only thing I wish that they did updated was the yelp and pierce tones to something more updated instead of IV's generic one.

There is also a SILVER version if you go back with the dark blue that I didn't notice before. It's not the dark gray, but an actual silver.

Go back with the red car to get the black one. For those of you wondering about the unmarked cars, here's how you can obtain them:

Apparently if you go back with the red one, one of them will be black as well.

Here's a how to: In order to get the blue or red cars, you must wait until Barry calls you.

Even if you watch live streams you may never ever see a cop car or you may only see one within a long period of time. R* has definitely lowered the police presence a lot compared to previous games. Mind you in IV, it was unrealistic having every 4th car a police car so I can see why they lowered it, I'm just afraid that they lowered it too much. So I guess we'll get to see for ourselves on Tuesday.
