Fixed. Simple native trainer was interfering somehow so I removed it.

This is ELS v5 fyi. I messed up my original explanation. I have to turn the siren on, press J, get out, get back in. Basically none of the ELS functions take affect until I exit the vehicle and re-enter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N47-FZxdSmo

Thats happened to me plenty of times. Sometimes GTA decides to spawn only taxis for ten minutes. If all you did was mess with vehicles.ide dont reinstall GTA just uninstall traffic flow and replace your vehicles.ide. And this time back it up before you make changes. Is ELS supposed to be this complicated? I have to make sure the GTA 4 siren is on, get out of the car, press J, then get back in and ELS will finally turn on. Once Im in the car and I turn the GTA IV siren off and press J, ELS stays on. I have to repeat the process to turn them off. Its pretty annoying. Im on 1070 and I can make a video if that explanation wasnt clear enough.
