This is a skin I created from Captain14s LSPD packs FPIU Explorer! I tried to make it as realistic as possible (as close as I could get it). The quality of the textures it self could be a little better but it is what it is! If you compare the texture to the real FPIU Explorer, they are almost identical! From the font, size , the length, location, and size of the textures all lineup to to real thing! OTHER SKINS FOR DELTA POLICE I MADE NSTALL (Captain14 LSPD Pack FPIU) : gtav\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lspdpack\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\lspdpack.rpf then replace the texture for the FPIU sign. ENJOY!
