Hello guys and gurls, I came up with this idea to create a CruiseControl mod. This mod will drive your car to a set way point that you have pinpointed on your map. At first this mod idea raised a lot of questions but I have been using it for the past week now and i have to say, it works really well for street patrols. Once the mod has been installed press the menu key(Check your settings in the "CruiseControl.ini"). Setup the settings like the Cruise Control speed, etc. (Use the arrow keys to set values and Navigate.) Set your way point then hit start key(Check your settings in the "CruiseControl.ini"). There are 3 settings in the speed control, they are 10, 20 and 30. 10 is traffic speed, 20 is a little faster then traffic speed and 30 is too fast and should be used for highway use. Enjoy and Thanks :)

A Brand New mod that enhances the game play and realism of LCDPFR. Watch a Preview Video By aVsG1rl! Features: Conduct a Illegal Drug or Fire arm search on suspect's vehicle. .::Installation::. 1 ) This mod requires Scripthook.ASI loader. 2 ) Move the contents from the .rar to your GTA IV Scripts Folder. 3 ) Check the config file (VehicleSearch.ini) 4 ) Load GTA IV - Works best with (Automatic Plate Reader Script v1.5 by kit). .::How to play::. Once your GTA IV has fully loaded you can then go up to any cars and press F6 OR the set key in the config. This will let your character do a search on the car for any firearms or drugs. This will then trigger a "Special Event". These events are randomly choosen (There are five events in total). You can however use this to just check cars without pedestrians in the vehical. This is a good way to find out why he may of ran from you in the frist place, "Special Events" are not triggered. .::Known Bugs::. Dont use this program while having the suspect pulled over, This will cause a "Special Event" to be triggered and will most likely crash your game. - I know, Looking for a work around. .::Special Event Rates::. 7/11 Chance of No drugs or fire arms found. 1/5 chance of surrendering. 1/3 chance of dropping or throwing drugs or Firearms by foot or by car. .::Planned updates (2.0)::. Search car animations. Better special events rates. .::Report bugs::. Leave a message here on this thread and ill do a review on the script when i can. Thanks guys.

  5. Hello Guys, I finally got around to registering here on LCPDFR! Anyways I have been loving the mods that get posted and I'm now wanting to write my own. I have Certificates in C++, Java and PHP. (So, I'm not new programming.) My question is, Where do I begin? Where do I download the libraries for Scripthook, etc? PS. I have tryed to do some research about it, but there's no thread or post that has ever given a straight answer! Thanks for your time.
