    I Solved this problem easily by just updating my net framework to 4.5 i hope this helps!

    I've been playing LCPDFR other computer with low specs and it worked perfectly fine. Now i have a gaming pc with fresh copy of gta iv and LCPDFR will not work i get this error. Will someone look at the log and tell me whats wrong? i keep reinstalling the game and retrying but it wont work. SPECS: i5 4670K GTX 760 8GB OF RAM
