    Hello LCPDFR Team, I am developing a personal, non-commercial GTA V mod manager using Python and PySide6. I would like to integrate LCPDFR into the application so users can search and browse available mods, view mod details, and open the original download pages. Downloads and installations would continue through the website's supported methods. The application is intended for personal use and is not currently monetized. I would follow your API documentation, usage limits, attribution requirements, and other applicable policies. Could you please let me know how I can request a Public API key and whether this use case is eligible? Thank you for your time.
