    Hi guys, I can't install LCPDFR! I have installed Microsoft net framework 4,GTA IV ASI loader,Win RAR, and Microsoft C++ redistributable package 2010! My computer is very new. It just gives you an error message when you try to load up GTA and will not start. I had to reinstall the WHOLE game. Can someone break down this youtube video on how to install the mod and answer these questions below? I REALLY want to play this mod. Its just so awesome! 1.what is G17? 2.what is GTA diagnostic?

    I AM HAVING THIS PROBLEM TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It just gives me an error message and gta won't start!
