    I had this same problem but i fixed it by making a new VCF folder and moved the VCF files form pack_default to the new one I made. Make sure to change the VCF folder name in ELS.ini to the name of the new VCF folder. The problem was that ELS just loaded the sample VCF in the UNUSED folder
