This is the preset that I'm currently using. There is a note here regarding Flair — this is an effect that I decided to create for Reshade. It adds lens flares/rays to objects that emit light (so light from roads, buildings, and NPCs is possible; I don't know how to completely fix this yet, so sorry about that). Other than that, inside this archive are the preset, effects for Reshade (I just straight up copied the folder, so make a backup), and the visualseting.dat file (make a backup of this as well before changing it).

    Installation:
    1. First, you need to install the QuantV mod.
    2. Next, install Reshade.
    3. Copy the reshade-shaders folder and replace the existing one.
    4. Copy the preset and place it into the game's root folder (or the folder where you store your presets).
    5. Download OpenIV, open it, and navigate to: mods / update / update.rpf / common / data — then replace the visualseting.dat file.
If something doesn't work or works incorrectly, feel free to tweak the effect settings.

  2. This is the visualsettings.dat configuration I use in my game. I increased the light intensity for the rear lights, turn signals, and brake lights. The emergency lighting bloom is based on Radiance V, combined with QuantV 3.0 and ReShade as the graphical baseline. The vehicles shown in the screenshots are made by C3. Feel free to edit and tweak the parameters in visualsettings.dat to your liking
