  2. plugings not working / showing in game

    absolutely no idea what happening im having issues where plugins are just not working at all and not showing i have them inside of the ragehookexe ive tried deleting redownloading gta same for lspdfr mod, I do have a few callout mods working so ik it cant be the game and idk what else i can try ive watched numerous yt vids to try and revolve with no luck in it happening. --Note- i had the game last week with all of these listed mods and they was working fine i ended up breaking something inside of open iv i do believe which kept crashing my game so i deleted everything and just redownloaded it and now im having this issue. No idea where to start but all help is appreciated
