    yes i have lowered my settings as much as i can and its still bad before my lspdfr used to work great only abit of lag everything worked and now i cant even play.

    i only have eup and some police cars installed but even before i installed them the game wouldnt let me open the menus and it was still stuttering and freezing

    whenever im in game and i try open eup or the lspdfr menu to reload plugins i press the F buttons amd nothing happens
