Hey man these are purely texture packs and use widely used bases like the GeorgieMoon cars, I don't make the car models or ELS configs. I linked the free ELS car pack for ease of use for the average LSPDFR player, but you can put these textures on any compatible Non-ELS car you use for your server. I know the guy above said Dean Fleet Supply has some FiveM ULC cars that are close to the real life spec. I'll be posting a lot more Chatham county and surrounding area liveries here for free soon! I moved to the area from Atlanta so I think a server based on the region would be really cool! Let me know if you need any help or have any specific livery requests. -
Yeah for sure, I've got a lot of paid stuff in my game especially GSP cars but I like to make skin packs for free cars for ease of use but it should be simple to make a b/b conversion

Hey, my file for the vehicle model add-on is from 4/15/26 and I just checked and it appears that the author has since then pushed an update and changed the base model he used for the 26 Tahoe. I'll update mine soon, in the mean time though, it seems like if you just put my 25 Tahoe texture on the 26 Tahoe it seems to work as I think his new 26 Tahoe is from the same author as the 25 one so the template is similar. Thanks for letting me know cause I never would have realized! Also, seems like the 20 FPIU has had a similar update

Yessir Chatham Sheriff FPIUs, the road runner liveries, and Chatham police 2020 FPIU almost done. I like to base my liveries on a freely available pack I was looking for one close to spec with the Setina full wraps, the pillar lights on the back, and B/B lighting, but I'm gonna just include my own B/B textures for a R/B pack cause the all blue is harder to find

This is a texture pack for the Savannah, GA Police Department and other Savannah departments with a lore-friendly Los Santos version provided. In 2018 the Savannah-Chatham Metro Police split into the Savannah and Chatham County Police departments, and the Savannah-Hilton Head International airport has it's own police force. Included: Savannah / Los Santos Police (16 FPIU, 20 FPIU, 16 FPIU K9, 20 FPIU K9) Savannah / Los Santos Police HEAT and Traffic units (21 FPIU, 19 Durango) Chatham County Police / Los Santos County Police (16 FPIU) Savannah Airport Police / Los Santos Airport Police (16 FPIU) (the badge logo on the Sav Airport PD cars is not 100% accurate as I can't find a clear image anywhere) *This pack uses 3 add-on packs, c13's Tallahassee pack as the main one, and an add-on HEAT FPIU and Durango. Liveries are compatible with GeorgieMoon base but you must use the Tally pack for the reflections to work, as well as it's the closest to Savannah spec with no push bumper and all-blue lighting. *Also provided is an example Ultimate Backup .xml file showing which car models/liveries correspond to each department to help you configure your AI backup. CAR PACKS USED: Installation Instructions: Once addon packs are installed, start Open IV, turn on Edit Mode, and navigate to these file paths: (Main Pack) - Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\Tally\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\ (HEAT FPIU) - Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\FPIU\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\ (HEAT DURANGO) - Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\doddurango\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\ -In the files provided there's 3 folders matching the name of each dlc add-on pack, Tally (main pack), FPIU (HEAT FPIU), and doddurango (HEAT Durango) -Within those folders there are folders matching the name of .ytd files found in the pack. Go to each of the 3 dlcpacks the .ytd files that correspond with each folder and replace each texture that's provided.

I'll probably expand it at some point but the agency irl is 99% tahoe's only now, they still got a decent amount of old 2018 gen Tahoe's and I've seen come Caprice's still riding around but I don't believe they've used the charger since the '14 one and yeah no durangos. -
This is a livery pack featuring a Dodge Charger and Durango based on the Tybee Island Police in Georgia, as well as a lore-friendly Vespucci Beach Police version. The templates work on GeorgieMoon's Charger and Durango but RangerZ's BCSO Pack linked below is highly recommended, it's the closest free pack to Tybee spec with a similar push bumper and all-blue lighting. This is a texture pack featuring the Dekalb County Police livery with 5 different real life unit number variations. The car base is Raz3r's 2023 Tahoe PPV, I strongly recommned JankModding's Paleto Bay Tahoe pack linked below as it's the closest free pack I've found to Deklab's push bumper and lighting setup, and it features a slicktop and K9 model. Any feedback is welcome! I may add 2018 Tahoe and Chevy Caprice liveries at a later date since the department still uses these cars. CAR MODEL USED:

This is a BCSO livery pack for Midwest Mods' popular BCSO Mega Pack linked below, the liveries are based on Bulloch County in rural southern GA, with a simple but sweet design that captures the small-town sheriff feel of Blaine County. I'm not familiar with Policing Redefined I may add one for PR in the future (excluded from this file are the cars the agency no longer uses IRL : 14 Charger, CVPI, 13 and 16 FPIU's, and specialty units: 24 Mustang) Car pack used:

It's a texture pack for an addon pack. You have to install the add-on pack linked in the description (I used the all blue lighting version). The file names in my texture pack correspond with each car name from the addon pack. You have to open the the .ytd file for each car and replace the livery texture -
Yeah it does use the same base template as most packs, I just wanted it to all work on the one pack linked for ease of use, but in the next few days I will try to upload different variants to be used on other car models. I've got 4 other departments I'm working on right now my plan was to eventually make a statewide textures pack with each department using only one addon vehicle pack for ease of installation/setting up backup XML's.

It appears the pack I based these on has been de-listed, I will transfer these to another car pack soon with more livery variations but in the meantime this is the list of compatible car bases: 2018 Charger - MATT 2021 Durango - Raz3r 2020 FPIU - Kane104 2021 F150 - TerrySloman 2021 Tahoe PPV - Raz3r 2011 CVPI - TheHurk This is a Los Santos PD texture pack heavily inspired by Thomaston, GA, a small town with a livery design I've always liked. Some cars are white and some are gray just like real life but you can always stick to one color. Includes textures for: 2020 FPIU 2020 FPIU Slicktop 2018 Charger 2018 Charger Slicktop 2021 Durango 2021 Durango (no side antenna) 2021 Durango Slicktop 2021 Tahoe 2021 Tahoe (no side antenna) 2021 Tahoe Slicktop 2022 F150 2022 F150 Slicktop 2011 CVPI Installation: Use OpenIV to import the textures of each folder into its respective .ytd file. Be sure to also replace the texture in the +hi.ytd files when applicable. The base models the liveries are applied on are OfficerArk's Los Santos County Sheriff Pack linked below. I'm using the all blue version so the file naming convention follows that but it should be self explanatory which files go where if you're using the R/B version. I'd like to expand this pack with K9, supervisor, and traffic specific liveries, but on some models only 1 livery shows in game so it might be hard coded into the model, I'm new so any help on that would be appreciated.

This is a texture pack with 12 unique units for patrolling the Vespucci Beach and Del Perro area! Includes 2020 Hardtop FPIU and 2023 Hardtop and Slicktop Chargers with deep blue/white, full white, and ghosted black variants featuring a skyline of Del Perro landmarks. This is my first ever upload so feedback is welcome. The base I used for this is Scorpionfam's South Fulton PD pack. It comes with the FPIU, 2 Hardtop Chargers, and a Slicktop Charger. I've supplied 3 liveries for each including marked patrol, traffic and K-9 units, as well as a ghosted black livery for the Slicktop Charger. The models have templated license plates so I've put a generic SA Exempt tag on them, but I might go through and give each unit custom plates eventually.
