Hmm I never noticed that on my end. I'm not for sure what it could be, but keep in mind I am new to making textures so if I did make a mistake then I'm very sorry about that. I may look at it tomorrow to see what's up with it.

you're welcome, and I just made a FPIU livery for Jefferson county for you, its not perfect, nor is it the best but I'm uploading it right now. -
KSP Texture Pack: I've never seen one for a dodge Durango so I made one. I will add more textures for other vehicles sooner or later. . . . . if you all like it and want more let me know. . . . . I used these pack for the dodge Durango, charger, and tahoe liveries.
