Yeah, yeah. Here is ANOTHER 2011 CVPI, why did I make this you ask?
While the other ones I could find while beautiful and well done, They had a few issues to me, mainly to many textuers/only L0-L2/ too high poly (100K+). 
I made one to suit my need of a CVPI that sub 100K polys, up to the L3 and under 30 texuters, so I went and made one. (it also has a spotlight as standed)

Want to give Officer Underwood a big shout out for helping me with this project with lighting and etc. I have included a few options you can choose from. Such as window tint,all black rims, tire shine. I did not include a red and blue ELS setup. I know the MDT screen is bright...If you want to add one yourself, just put a texture there youd like and put the opacity wayyy down and make the brightness darker and mess around with it. Also the tape on the rear is reflective.Credits are as follows:
 
 
 
To install the Charger:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police2.yft,police2_hi and police2.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save

 
 
Please download this .YTD and install it...It's got better emis textures,I got rid of the purple plastic and I also made the valor glass not so foggy!!

I present a total remaster of my Marked ALST CVPI.
This remaster includes many updates like:
Upgraded to 11 model year Upgraded to the Whelen Liberty SX Updated Whelen TIR3's Proper "3rd Brake Light's" HQ Interior ALEA Skin and more!!! Anyways I hope you do enjoy this model as I did make sure this is as real as the CVPI's while there are some left in the fleet around my part of Bama and with the pictures that my good friend "Gump" provided which I thank & I took pride into it as a Future Trooper for the Great State of Alabama.

I release today a set of cars featuring the Federal Signal Valor lightbar. These cars are based off of Kygo/Tim98(at the time)'s Valor pack which was never released but featured in the videos of Code Zero in the .95 MP days. These use Code Zero's skin which I have permission to release with the cars, proof is in the credits on this page & the credits.txt. This pack will be updated at times in the next few weeks or days to add new vehicles.

Another upload after yesterday. I present a 2015 Tahoe that represents what the Alabama State Troopers use. I features all of the lighting I know of that I have seen in my sector of Alabama where they have the new Tahoe.

Today I release a 2011 FHP CVPI. The base model is a custom mix using CJ24's CVPI as base & Olivia Benson's Grill & Wheel. An addition is the horn & airbag badges on the steering wheel and the fixed indicators noted by Heisenberg/RoegonTV & a couple of them ford forums.

This FHP pack contains the 15 Charger & 15 Tahoe that is currently in the FHP fleet with the lighting setup I know of from my trip of Florida.

Here is a "REAL" 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor for you picky ones out there. A LED slicktop with a Sheriff DUI, Traffic, & Slicktop skin. To top it off... Lit gauges, radio, & so on.

Just another 2011 CVPI that I made. Skin idea was from a video, decided to use the "Common NFS:HP Textures" to make the skin. Might do some more models with a similar setup or the same skin for placement.

Another 2011 CVPI Slicktop that I worked on recently. A 13 Tahoe that was requested should be released tomorrow as I need to fix a few bugs with it. Other than that.. Enjoy this model.
