Gotcha, I don't have menyoo but i did see that people were having the same issue as me with it. I'm not sure what it was but I have a feeling it had something to do with the patchday I was using for my addons and replacements however I got my LSPDFR setup perfectly now with no problems so I'm happy!!! 😂

No, but I'm in the middle of a fresh install now i had a ton of mods that could have been the issue so i just decided to clean everything up but thank you for your help!

It was something else still working on it but I removed all files in the directory except for the LSPDFR files and i verified game files to ensure a clean directory, However now its saying i have no game memory i think i just have to do a full clean install.

I have tried that still doesn't seem to work i have removed my plugins folder, mods, and scripts. I also just tried to launch without dinput8.dll and tried to restart with RPH and nothing.

I cant start normally with dinput.dll even without RPH do you mean add the .dll once I'm in the game and then try starting it?

Every time i start GTA5 WITH dinput8.dll i get a long load from RPH and eventually it say's that my game is already running and doesn't allow me to start the game. Is anybody else having this issue??? and yes i have installed the new LSPDFR , ScriptHookV, and gameconfig.xml, and verified my game files. My game will start perfectly fine without the dinput.dll but i don't have my EUP, and addon and replacement vehicles.

Yes absolutely, I can use my callsign and use the command "288 to dispatch" and i will get a response "this is dispatch go ahead with your traffic". I can't use "10-8", however "code 4" works as it should. I can also request backup and will get a response and backup will respond as it should. I also went down the list of commands and none work however some of them will respond with a command i did not use. Here this is my updated log. ↓ RagePluginHook.log

I am having trouble resolving a current issue I have ran into when using voice commands for Grammar Police. When using commands like "10-8" dispatch will respond correctly with no problems however when I use commands such as "check plate" or "prisoner transport" I will not get a response from dispatch. I have reinstalled LSPDFR, Stop The Ped, and Grammar police on a fresh copy of GTA5 however I am running into the same issues as stated above. If anybody has ran into the same problem and resolved it please help for I have tried all I can to fix it.
