Do they start shooting when they see you or what changes compared to the vanilla behavior?

I'm not really sure if it works, because I don't notice any difference when I'm on patrol at the Grove and Ballas hotspots, whether I'm forcing a shooting, stand near them, listen to the things they say or call code 3 backup for testing their reaction. The only thing I've noticed is that some vanilla cars driven by gang members have underbody lighting that matches their gang's color, but I'm not sure if that's because of your mod.
