i am not going to get rid of quantV. I paid so much for it $96. Also, when i removed quantV it didnt fix it.

QuantV, Reshade, RTGI, and a preset that i bought from my friend. Reshade is a slightly older version but it wont let me install the newest it just says older so.

should i uninstall the addons i dont use and just see if it works? maybe some other things aswell? im not sure exactly what i should uninstall. IMPORTANT some of the packs i havent had problems with stopped working too. I really want to fix this cuz it makes my game suck. Tell me everything i need to do ill do it.

I use open ivs and i use scripthook v native trainer and all the things in the folder

I re installed asi loaders and it made it worse. Now some vehicles dont flash full lighting, i mean ones that used to perfectly fine are now broken

I should note that there are like 3 packs that dont have full functioning els btw.

QUICK NOTE TO ANY LSPDFR MOD READING THIS!!! I think this is the category this has to be in, if not please forgive me its not intentional! NPC ai has stopped working randomly. They stop when i hold my key and everything works right except for they don't respond. They just stand there and stare at me. Grammar police works just fine so im not sure whats going on.
