  1. How to get new DLC cars to spawn?

    Hello. I've recently begun downloading some new DLC car packs. I have them operational in the game but I'm wondering how i can make them spawn in the world and possibly in the agencies. Currently the only way i can access them is through a Trainer and every other police car I come across is a vanilla one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
