This is an unfinished model, but I decided to release it anyway since we have been waiting long enough for an unlocked 2016 FPIU. Also, since this is my first time converting a car to GTA 4, I don't know how to fix a lot of these issues. Personally, I'm fine with the way it is, but you can totally edit it if you want to. If you want to release a fixed one, do what you will. If you want to release a fixed version unlocked, I strongly encourage you. If you want to convert it to GTA 5, GTA SA, or any game, go ahead. It's your model now, enjoy!

Installation:
 
- Pretty simple install. Use OpenIV or SparkIV to replace "police2" in your vehicles.img (or whichever other vehicle slot you wish to use this Charger in.
- I recommend using the flash patterns included in the download pack. Pre-configured to reflect the real life patterns used by OSP.

This file simply runs and deletes all the log files fixing the issue of 'Problem with log files please read files'. This issue makes the game more and more unstable over time. Every time you get an error and the game crashes, simply run this fix and be on your way. I have proof this is not a virus as the last screenshot even shows the script in which is ran. 

This pack is roughly Based on Urbandale Iowa Police department. i thought it would make a great state police style skin. hope you guys enjoy. links to the vehicles pictured are provided in the download.

Hey Guys i have finally been able to complete these and test these cars. I just really wanted to put together a car that had a set up i would choose. its not based of any real world cruiser. if i left anyone out of the credits PM me and i will fix them. Enjoy guys. 
JUST A QUICK NOTE: On the Credits. there is a line on the Model that states " Rims by Rims by GerryStudio, IronicRainbow, & Bxborgs123" This is not suppose to be in there. the dev model released had different rims on it that i chose not to use. this line has been taken out on the description but not in the download. You might have seen my recent topic on the LCPDFR forums, promising these files. Well, here it is :P
I've worked a few days on those files. The biggest pain was the logo, which I had to remake completely, to get high resolution ones. I think the result is pretty good, and I'd love to hear what you think about it.
