    To answer you, 1. Yes it is silly to ask this in the comments section of a download when you should ask the forum. 2. Yes you would download and add these skins to the vehicles. 3.yes the specific cars used for these textures, links have been provided in the download.4. Yes either open IV or spark IV can be used to do so.

    Hey Everyone. i am releasing some of my favorite skins i have made for the ford police interceptor utility! included are 10 skins based on real life department. the FPIU has become one of my favorite vehicles to use. links to the vehicles used to show off my skins are provided in the download folder. please enjoy and rate!
